
Our Summer Internship program is an expansive and immersive experience that allows candidates to get real-world experience, supporting teams and client work. In addition to daily responsibilities, Summer Interns participate in a training program, create a final team project that’s presented to Senior Leadership and clients, and have the opportunities to focus on personal and professional development in partnership with the Early Talent Development team. We pack a lot into this 10-week program, but from June to August, our paid program is the place to be!

Make a tangible impact from the start. Our program embeds interns directly within active client briefs, key workstreams, and dedicated client teams, allowing our interns to contribute to real-world projects and play a direct role in the development of groundbreaking creative.
Beyond the day-to-day, we invest in our interns' growth. Our interns participate in a comprehensive development series, featuring a hybrid of technical and soft skills training. These sessions, facilitated by subject matter experts and colleagues from across all departments, provide invaluable exposure to the diverse agency landscape and deepen our interns' understanding of our industry.
Build lasting connections and an expanded professional network from day one. All interns receive personalized support from a dedicated mentor, and our Early Talent Development team curates opportunities for interns to connect with peers & the broader agency. Interns become an integral part of Ogilvy's vibrant Communities and engage in all agency-wide programming.
