Step 2: Virtual Interview Rounds (X2)
Step 3: For the Internship, final decisions and offers. For the Ogilvy Residency, Super Saturday then offers follow with final decisions.

If I submit an application early, will I hear back sooner?

Nope, our Applications are typically not reviewed on a rolling basis. Our Early Talent Development team works with people across the agency to review all applications manually. Submitting applications earlier than the deadline won’t expedite your decision.

When are offers extended?

Offers for both our Summer Internships and Ogilvy Residency programs will be extended by the beginning of April.

How do I get my resume and application to stand out?

On your resume, don’t exclude experiences that may not be advertising related - we want to see the depth of your accomplishments! For application questions, be creative, intelligent, and original. And please, make sure you answer the prompts!
